Shvanidzor Guest House

The Shvanidzor Guest House is located in Armenia’s southernmost village: Shvanidzor. This warm village welcomes you to stay in its first guest house to immerse yourself in the local culture. In our village lies a magnificent 17th-century church, as well as a historically rich bridge, from which you can enjoy the beauty of Syunik’s mountains. It also boasts the Palace of Culture, where Tigran Hamasyan will have hosted his first concert on April 22, 2024.

K7 - Keni

K7 - Keni, a beautiful 36 sqm geodesic dome parked right on the slopes of Mount Khustup. Armenia’s most famous cliff-faced peak. Built by Hayk Barseghyan, this off-grid dome is surrounded by waterfalls and forests, making it the perfect peaceful getaway to relax, create, or work remotely. No tents needed - just comfort in the wild.

Jackal's Barn

We live in one of the oldest villages in all of Armenia. We demolished our old barn and built a beautiful two story, two bedroom guest house. We call it: The Jackal's Barn. Why Jackal? You'll just have to book it and come and see :)
