We are located at the boundary of the Corbett tiger reserve with walking access to the buffer forests and easy access to the core areas. Being the only one at its location we are able to offer serene and tranquil ambience to the guests. You can truly be one with nature.

Our home is 25 Km from Jim Corbett National Park, 85 Km from Nainital and 90 Km from Ranikhet, in Kashipur. Homely environment, secure, and proper guidance to explore the nearby places. First floor is for guests, and beautiful garden, and a small lake nearby for evening walks. Suitable for guests coming for IIM, short trips for Jim Corbett who need family environment. Managed by parents, Ex-Air Force family. As our city is not touristy, we ask for reason to stay before confirming.

Apart from the park it is blessed by mother nature with lush green surroundings, dense forest and wild life which can be visited by Safari. There is a spiritual site as well known as Garjiya near koshi river. Nainital (beautiful hill station) is just 75 Km away. Our property is located in a safe small township surrounded with crop fields with a mountain view from the top in clear weather.
