Ilios Apt old town,roof terrace,balcony,view!

In the medieval city of Rhodes a ‘’cozy nest ‘’perfect for couples in a quiet and sun filled place, just a few meters away from the central port of Rhodes and about 100 m away from the old town’s market place. The maisonette was bought and renovate in 2005 under the provision of archaeological department of Rhodes because of it's historical value. Rebuilt with new modern appliances in the unique traditional style of the area because of the Surrounding by the Byzantine Church of Saint Fanourios ,the Temple of Panagia Bourgou and the Medieval Moat. The maisonette enfolds about 40 sq on two floors,a balcony on the first floor and a 15 sq roof terrace on the top. TV, satellite, DVD player and free WiFi are offered. The ground floor includes kitchen corner full equipped with a small sitting-area , a big wardrobe and the bath room. On the first floor is the bedroom with a romantic balcony . A small wooden stairs leads to the roof terrace where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the old ,the new city of Rhodes and the harbor of the island. Just a few meters away is a place for free parking, a mini market and public playground as well many traditional Greek Taverns and International restaurants, cafes and other entertainment places , museums etc. Also you can go on daily trips to other Dodecanese islands or to one of the beaches on Rhodes island. Πολυτελής Βίλα, δίπλα στη θάλασσα, με ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ, κήπο και ανεπηρέαστη θέα στην μαγευτική παραλία Αφάντου. Σε απόσταση αναπνοής, μόλις 90 μέτρα από το κύμα, με κατεύθυνση νοτιοανατολική, λούζεται από ήλιο και φώς όλη την διάρκεια της ημέρας, με το βραδινό θαλασσινό αεράκι να σε ξεκουράζει. Olive Tree Farm House Sea View

Need calm, nature, a stunning sea view, no light or noise pollution... at night, the stars and moon? Our 85 sq meters house new renovated has three bedrooms, two baths, a kitchen and living room. The decoration is modern with some paintings. In tones of whites, and natural colors. It is surrounded by a big garden of olive trees, roses. The beach is five minutes by car, 45 minutes walking. We have a bus stop down the hill, Rhodes old town and Lindos are only 25 km far away.

It can accommodate two people, as it has a double bed, bathroom, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Traditional Villa Sofia - a dreamhouse in Rhodes

A wonderful traditional greek living experience!! Mixing old and new in the beautiful village of Koskinou, 5 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes from Rhodes town. This is my familys house since it was built in mid 1800s and it is completely renovated in 2016. Amazing roof terrace with the best view.. Comfortable beds.. Light.. Breeze.. You will love this house!!
