This place looks exactly like the pictures, if not even better! It’s spacious, clean, and located right off a main street, making it super easy to get in and out. One of the best parts was having a restaurant conveniently located downstairs, perfect for those days when you don’t feel like heading out. There are also tons of other restaurants within walking distance, and just about everything else you might need is just a quick 5-10 min drive away. The building itself has some great amenities too, including a hair and nail salon (which I used and really liked), plus a gym and spa that I didn’t get a chance to check out but loved knowing were available. Although I didn’t get to meet Eyob in person, he was friendly and easy to communicate with over chat. I mainly worked with Aman, who was fantastic, super responsive and helpful any time I had a question.

A home away from home. The apartment is in a very safe and accessible street, close to the airport, very easy to find, and surrounded by nice restaurants and supermarkets, all in walking distance. Check-in was very smooth with the host showing me the house's amenities with very clear instructions and left sweet house warming treats. Communication with Yodit is like a breeze, always responsive and ready to go the extra mile to make my stay comfortable and nice. The place is definitely worth the price and highly recommend it for long and short stays.

A Home Away from Home at Desfam Apartments! I recently stayed at Desfam furnished apartment for over a month, and it was an incredible experience! The apartment is neat, quiet, and conveniently located. Dagi from reception and Zenash, the manager, went above and beyond to assist and solve any issues promptly. The cleaning ladies provided top-notch service that enhanced my stay. While the security team could focus more on genuine service rather than tips, my overall experience was outstanding. I can't wait to book my second stay. Great job, team Desfam!

The place was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Assegid is a very good host and his teamate Temesgen is the best. He's available, helpful and very kind. The accommodation is exactly like the photos show. It was clean and comfortable and everything were working. The location was also perfect. I recommend this accommodation.

The host is friendly and very responsive regardless of the time. During my seven days stay I had a maid dedicated to house cleaning and laundry. She came twice during that period to ensure that I had clean linen and washed my clothes. I've been a guest for several years and mostly in United States where I currently reside. This is the second place outside of the US where I've had such great service. The apartment is clean, secure and a walking distance to shopping. I highly recommend this host and his properties and will definitely consider using this place again during my future visit to Addis Ababa.
