Lovely little cottage it is as cute and clean as the pictures look. We would definitely stay there again.

It is a wonderful place and Kyle was always responsive with very good detailed instructions. The house was very clean and organized. Would like to stay again sometime in the future when we could enjoy the lake and some swimming.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was spotless when we arrived and was easily one of the cleanest vacation rentals we’ve stayed in. Everything felt fresh and well cared for, which made settling in with our young kids incredibly easy! The house was very well appointed with thoughtful touches throughout and everything we needed was right where you’d expect it to be. From the kitchen and bathroom supplies to the comfortable furnishings, it was clear the hosts put real effort into making the space both functional and welcoming! The location couldn’t have been better. We were just a short walk from great restaurants, the beach, and local attractions, but the street itself was super quiet and peaceful. It was wonderful waking up to views of the lake! We will absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to any family looking for a clean, convenient, and relaxing place to enjoy Sylvan Beach! We loved staying in this perfectly located, tastefully decorated, well-appointed home. Everything is well done from the comfortable beds and soft linens in the bedrooms to the colorful pillows and throws on the front porch.

Such a great atmosphere; we loved having more space to host our family. The view of the lake was beautiful, and even though it was rainy during our trip, the inside had plenty to offer. The space was clean and well maintained. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt safe and inviting. Vincent is a great host and answered any questions we had with quick responses. Our kids really loved it and are already asking when we can go back!

We had such a great girls weekend at Tanya’s place in Sylvan Beach! The house was just as described—clean, comfortable, and perfect for our trip. The location was ideal, with plenty of great dining options nearby and everything was just a quick drive or walk down the beach away. Check-in was super easy and stress-free. Tanya was a great host, and we’d definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

I just wanted to thank you for everything you did for us!! Your home is lovely and I would definitely stay again! We had 3 feet of snow and he plowed everything everyday for us since we worked nights! Beautiful spot you can see the Bay!

Daniel was very responsive. The home was as described and was actually much larger than expected, which was nice because we were a larger group.
