New home! Located only 1/4 mile from Green River Marina and a short 10 minute drive from Campbellsville University. You can enjoy a front porch chairs with a large covered side porch for relaxing- inc. fire pit! Home provides a queen bed in the master with private bathroom as well as a double bed in the secondary bedroom. The third bed room has a bunk bed. All bed rooms and living room have tvs. Home on a quiet farm setting. All within walking distance of Lake, walking trails, and marina.

The Lincoln is a newly renovated, extra nice, apartment just outside the city limits of Campbellsville. Fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig for fresh morning coffee and a variety of coffee flavors provided. King size bed in bedroom on the upper level, sleeper sofa in living room. 55 inch smart tv in living room. 65 inch in bedroom. 3 miles to green river lake, Walmart, and Campbellsville University. 5 miles from Taylor Regional Hospital. Guest will check themselves in with keypad code.

This property is within half a mile from a boat dock to Green River Lake. The nearest store is located only 3.1 miles on New Columbia Hwy.

The House at Cedar Grove is over 5,700 sqft and offers comfortable, rustic accommodations at a house hidden from the outside world. Access to the house is a lovely drive through the countryside. Great getaway! 4 miles from Jamestown Marina and 10 mins from State Dock. This apartment has 2 bd, 1 bath, open kitchen, living room. This apartment sits inside a small warehouse up a set of stairs with a large open driveway to make for easy access in and out with your boat. Over all there is plenty of room to relax and enjoy your stay! * This apartment is on the 2nd floor so there will be some steps to climb to get to it.

The Hubb

Nice, newly renovated 4 bedroom, 2 bath house with lots of room for entertainment. Large kitchen/dining room with room for 12+. Perfect house for indoor and outdoor living. In town and just a short driving distance to either Jamestown Marina or Lake Cumberland Marina. Nice 30’ driveway with a place to charge your boat. New for 2023 we now have a fire pit and new outdoor furniture for more indoor/outdoor living space!

The Ivy House

The Ivy House is a beautiful family friendly home with lots of space to relax and have fun. I always decorate for the holidays to make your stay feel more like home. It is within walking distance to beautiful, historical downtown Greensburg, a mile and half to the amazing new Bluff Boom Bike Park a very short drive to Green River Paddle trails for all your kayaking fun and 26 miles to Green River lake.
