Relax with the family at this peaceful 2 story townhouse. . Enjoy the beautiful sunrise over the water view off the two back porches.. Enjoy the spacious yard, ride bikes around the island or over to the beach on Assateague with its beautiful bike trails. Walk the beach to collect shells or just sit and relax listening to the waves. This welcoming 2 story house-2-bedroom, 2.5-bath house is perfect for families and small groups. It comfortably sleeps 8-10 guests with plenty of space to relax. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, fast Wi-Fi, and a grill. Relax on the screened-in upper front porch or the back porch overlooking peaceful woods views. Close to the beach and Main Street of Chincoteague, but feels like you are in a quiet getaway. Great for family vacations and memorable group getaways!

Just a few miles from Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge & Assateague Island Beach. this Waterfront duplex offers some of the best views! The small sandy beach area is accessible at low tides. Perfect to lounge in your beach chair & take in the view. New floating dock w/ slip on deep water Fish or crab from the shared pier. Small creek, accessible from pier, is perfect for catching your own minnows! Enjoy amazing views from the screened porch, which spans the entire 1st level.

Just a few miles from Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge & Assateague Island Beach, Drop Anchor is a superbly appointed, comfortable duplex w/ fun & beachy decor. Located in a quiet cul de sac, Drop Anchor has a nice grassy yard, rear deck & spacious screened porch. Features: Well-equipped kitchen, living room & dining area. One Bedroom with a king bed & a full bath in hall. 2nd floor features: 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom w/ king & one bedroom w/ 2 twins. Shared full hallway bath

Peaceful 2 bedroom townhouse in a central location

Centrally-located beach townhouse perfect for families. Pet-friendly (maximum 2 pets, under 50 lbs each) with a bike and walking path right outside your front door. Walking distance to local shopping, restaurants and creamery. Private back yard patio area to relax and enjoy. Plenty of space for parking. This is a no-smoking property. The policy in our house rules, smoking is prohibited inside the property and there will be an additional cleaning fee for violations.

Welcome to Misty’s View! Located across from Beebe Ranch and beside a peaceful creek, this charming home offers 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a cozy living space with Roku TV, games, and a private back deck. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, and access to a shared dock perfect for kayaking. One bedroom has a queen bed and desk; the other features a king bed and private balcony. Sleeps 4, with room for 6 using a queen sized air mattress.
