Location!!Location!!Location!! Our house has extensive, close stunning lake views, only 8 minutes (7 kms) drive into Taupo town. A car is necessary as we’re NOT in town!Clean, comfortable, private, peaceful 3 bedroom house surrounded by trees & bush and not in busy suburbia. Sleeps 4 unless a request for 5 is made which involves an extra charge. Just across the road from the lake and 2 Bays. New ensuite bathroom and heat pump/air conditioner and new 55” Sony TV. We’ve had many return guests.

Just down the hill is Whakaipo Bay recreational area with calm swimming waters and access to the W2K track. Our home is perfect for anyone who is looking for a rural outlook only minutes from town. It is the perfect place to sit back, relax and enjoy the view!

This charming self contained studio is situated at the rear of our garage, and detached from our house. It's a large open space (60m2), well decorated . Overlook on 1 acre of garden.Very peaceful and quiet surrounding. Super King Size bed, Single bed. If you book for 2 persons we will set up the Super King Size bed. This property has two sunny double bedrooms available with queen beds and a day bed in the living area suitable for one adult or child. The sunsets, lake and mountain views are spectacular. This is a great central spot for a summer or winter break. This is modern accommodation with a well equipped new kitchen and has everything for a relaxing stay in Taupo. The pool can be filled within an hour of arrival and is perfect after a day's tramping, skiing, kayaking or serious shopping!

This immaculate property truly is the perfect home-away-from-home! This beautiful holiday home won the Gold Award in the Family Friendly category of the 2018 Bach of the Year Awards run by Booka- bach NZ! When space is important Muritai House is the pick of the bunch! Perhaps we should be calling this Muritai Castle. With panoramic lake views, an indoor thermal plunge pool, 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 kitchens & extensive decks, there is plenty of space for the whole family!

Rainbows End Cottage

A cute, clean and cosy cottage in a peaceful and secluded native bush setting. Only a 2 minute stroll to the Lake or the beautiful spring fed Waitahanui River, and 10 minutes from the centre of Taupo township. 58 inch LED TV, Blu Ray DVD and movies as well as a heat pump air conditioner and free WiFi. Linen and bedding is provided. Spa is only available May 1st to September 30th. Please send an enquiry regarding pets prior to sending a booking request.

Nestled in a private estate with tree lined driveway. Resting Kiwi is a generous 2-bedroom stylish apartment that looks out through cedar bifolds to the lake. Bush track to family friendly swimming bay. TV lounge, well equipped kitchenette (which forms part of the main bedroom), private barbecue patio, outside dining, bathroom with tiled shower and sep toilet. Free use of paddle boards and kayak. Walk to the fabulous bar brasserie, store or local cafe.

We invite you to stay in our spacious four-bedroom home, on a sunny and private one acre section, with great outdoor entertaining and barbecue areas just a ten minute drive from Taupo. Accommodation includes 3 queen size beds, and two single beds, with a roll-away bed and port-a-cot (crib) available on request. Free WIFI and Sky sports channels. We also have an excellent sound bar for music which can be connected to via Bluetooth.
