Welcome to our Shipping Container Casita, a tiny house in the heart of Old Town Albuquerque! We are located blocks from the Plaza, just off of historic Route 66! Our casita is fully furnished with luxury in mind, from a custom king sized bed, to a deep soaking tub, a private backyard with views of the Sandia Mountains, and unique efficient kitchenette with an easy to use Nespresso coffee maker for the perfect start to your day. Fully updated and modern 2-bedroom home featuring king-sized beds and large TVs throughout! Home includes a full washer/dryer unit, a giant custom concrete island for meals and gathering! Open living area showcases lots of shelving with games, books & puzzles surrounding a large smart TV! There is a dedicated workstation, as well as a “mud room” greeting area to drop all of your things and get cozy. End the day enjoying the Sandia Mountains on the lovely porch swing or in the private backyard!

This studio resides in the charming West Old Town Neighborhood. Along with being completely remodeled, with a beautiful bathroom, it is furnished in a minimalistic fashion with hints of Santa Fe Décor. The remodeled kitchenette offers a mini-fridge, microwave, and double burner countertop range. The space is sparkling clean, and boasts a Plush King Bed. One of its greatest attractions, however, is its location; only a 20 minute walk to Historic Old Town Plaza. Sorry no pets!

Originally constucted circa 1900 as a farm house, La Casita has been utilized as a short term rental for the past 15 years. This unique place has a style all its own. Modern, BoHo, and newly renovated guest casita centrally located in downtown/Old Town area. Studio with sleeping loft and kitchenette. Walkable downtown neighborhood close to Old Town Plaza, Nobhill, coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, and parks. Private courtyard and access to a lush backyard. Easily accessible to freeway. ONE SMALL DOG welcome without host approval, anything else needs host approval.

Old Town Loft

This beautiful loft is located at the very heart of Albuquerque's historic Old Town Plaza in Plaza Don Luis. Step out your door and walk to over 100 shops, restaurants and galleries offering unique Southwest and Native American merchandise. The Outpost 1706 Taproom is directly across from the loft where you can enjoy locally crafted beer, wine and spirits. Noisy and Sheehan wineries are located in Plaza Don Luis. Parking is available on site.

The home is fully equipped to serve a short one night stay or a longer stay. This space is well equipped with all the necessities in the kitchen, and full refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker (Keurig), toaster, etc. There is a dinning room table with seating for three. There is one queen bed and pull out sofa couch. Additionally there is plenty of closet space and one full bathroom with a shower and bathtub combination.
