Undoubtably one of, if not the best place I have ever stayed at. My engineers had the 2 bed apartment next door. On their arrival Sunday they travelled 10 hours from Essex and didn’t get to the pub till 12:30 am. Maxine made sure to stay up for them to welcome them in. I arrived on Monday (at a normal time) and was shown to my room and around the pub so I knew where everything was. We had dinner in the pub on both of the nights we stayed, which was cooked by Maxine’s husband Garry. All home cooked and homemade dinners from his experience as a chef and baker. Maxine and Garry both went above and beyond during our stay, always making sure we were ok, got to know us personally and really made us feel welcomed and at home. Although the pub is closed to the public on Mondays , they were still offering their food and kitchen services for us. Overall, 10/10 for me. If we are ever to return back to Aberdeen , we will be making sure we stay here again Thank you again Maxine and Garry

This is our first family trip to Aberdeen and it was great. Easy access nice place to stay. Has a good family time. Recommended for future travelers

Great stay nice and clean

I had a very enjoyable stay at the Buchan Hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The cooked breakfast was delicious and well presented.
