Dieser Ort ist ein wahres Juwel Balis. Die Reisfelder, der Blick auf den Vulkan Agung - es fühlt sich absolut authentisch an. Der viele Verkehr von Ubud hat mich davor gestresst, hier oben ist es wunderbar ruhig und dennoch ein quirliges Leben mit vielen Aktivitäten. Wer das authentische Bali erleben möchte, kommt hierher.

Magnifique Villa ! Bayu et Kaleck ont été très à l'écoute de nos besoins et ont fait le nécessaire pour répondre à nos demandes. Le lieu est très paisible et la villa est vraiment très grande. On entend le son de la mer depuis nos chambres et c'est très reposant. Très belle endroit.

Our family ( 2 adults & 2 kids) had a fabulous stay for 4 nights in January. The apartment was spacious, clean and extremely comfortable with beautiful views ( amazing sunrises) and a gorgeous infinity pool. Julia was a top host who was very responsive and helpful and we felt very much at home. The driver Ketut was so helpful in taking us for day trips and organising laundry etc, nothing was too much trouble. The daily complimentary breakfast was super yummy which was a true bonus. Although a 20 min walk from the heart of Nusa Dua, we actually enjoyed this as it wasn’t so hectic and we still had all the amenities and groceries available. Having two kids I was concerned about lack of restaurants close by within walking distance but need not have been as we found two amazing restaurants within a 5 minute walk ( Sai Japanese restaurant and Surya seafood cafe) offering the yummiest and safest food ( rate both 100%) which was a real treat! Beautiful spot, the owner was super supportive with everything we needed. Got picked up and dropped off at the front of the street, as cars cannot get inside the streets. Animals were a little loud in the mornings but nothing else to complain about. Thank you

公寓位于海边，美丽的海岸，对面是阿贡火山，每天清晨的景色无以复加。岸边可以浮潜，游出去50米就有可以看的珊瑚，100米就很不错了。这次看到了海龟。 公寓干净整洁，床品卫生，挑不出什么毛病。 位置离码头3km，容易找到。

Honestly we were only supposed to stay for night but thank god we stayed for 2. Easily the best villa we’ve ever stayed in. Beautiful scenes, Amazing rooms & phenomenal location right next ti Diamond beach. Impeccable staff always coming in and cleaning and taking care of everything. The restaurants nearby come to the pool to deliver the food you ordered. Only minor complaint was the lack of AC in the living room but the pool and room ACs did the job. Note: you’ll have some cute monkeys visit you in the morning but they’re genuinely harmless and fun to be around. Just let them drink the pool water and they’ll be on their way.

My 2nd stay at Marlissa place. Thank you Marlissa for a great stay. We love it and thanks to housekeeping for doing their job very well! We did not have problem from any noise, can sleep very well…comfy bed too 😊

Ayu’s home was a beautiful private getaway! It looks even better than the photos, and is truly a one of a kind place. Ayu herself is sunshine in human form! She really went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay: bringing us breakfast of our choice every morning, giving us local recommendations, and her family helping us with our luggage when checking out. Some notes that are fully unrelated to Ayu and her place but worth mentioning: - there are quite a few mosquitos, more so as the villa is next to a standing body of water. Ayu provides lots of bug spray and great mosquito-preventing tools but it is something to keep in mind as the entirety of the villa is outdoors. - the location is not far from Ubud, although we would recommend planning to get a driver as it was not always easy to get gojek/grab cars to/from the villa. Just something we wish we planned for! Overall would highly recommend staying at Ayu’s for a once in a lifetime experience! Thank you!!

Our family of 6 adults had the best stay at the Villa - the beachfront aspect with swimming directly out front and in the pool was great. It is very remote - no nearby restaurants to walk to - the location is completely different to what it shows you if you click on show location in the airbnb map - it places the Villa to the north of Lovina dolphin tours behind Pepito supermarket, where we thought we could walk next door to a hotel for cocktails. A driver to take us there was $20-30, so bear that in mind. Once we rearranged our mindset, we had an exceptional experience - great for family bonding with meals and games around the long outside table. Komang the housekeeper was brilliant and cooked meals for us every night from a menu - something I didn’t know was available beforehand but was extremely grateful for when I discovered we weren’t next door to the above mentioned supermarket or hotel restaurants. She also arranged for 2 massage ladies to come daily - brilliant!

Одна из лучших вилл, на которой я жил. На первой линии. Продуманная до мелочей. Из которой совсем не хочется уходить. Много разных зон. Не хватило телевизора, чтобы посмотреть какой-нибудь фильм вечером. В остальном - превосходно. Персонал - лучший! Встретили с лодки. Довезли до виллы. Сопровождали онлайн все время. Мыли посуду, ездили за продуктами на рынок, давали рекомендации по ресторанам, организовали нам рыбалку и снорклинг, просто были рядом по любому вопросу. На вилле есть отдельный бар и отдельный холодильник с прекрасным вином за дополнительную плату. Обязательно хочу вернуться.
