Nestled in a cozy part of the heart of Kathmandu, walking distance from Thamel. Maya Cozy apartment is the perfect stay for tourists, remote workers, families, hikers, travelers, and locals. We designed this apartment to be open, with lots of natural light as we both remotely work. The bedroom has simplicity to help give you rest from the busy days of exploration. The kitchen is spacious and has had plenty of creativity cooked throughout our time living here. We hope you enjoy our sweet home.

This apt. is located on the penthouse floor of Mila hotel. You get magnificent views of the Kathmandu city and the surrounding mountains from the apt. The apt. is located on a quiet street just a few minutes walk from the tourist hotspot of Thamel in Kathmandu; one is never too far away from the hustle and bustle of the tourists markets. At the same time the apartment's location is far enough so guests can have quite peaceful relaxing time when they desire. We have 24-hours guarded security.

About this space Avocado Tree Serviced Apartment is located in Kathmandu, at Nagarjung, a peaceful residential area. This area is the most environment-friendly area of Kathmandu. It's a quite place, though not far from the city centre. There are supermarkets, groceries, cafes, banks and ATM and public transport within 5 minutes walking. The apartment is in our family house with a friendly and peaceful family vibe, yet you have your privacy in your flat. The rooftop offers excellent views.

Located in Patan, our duplex apartment features a fusion of traditional Newari and modern design. Constructed using reclaimed materials, it provides a warm and inviting atmosphere. The apartment has fully equipped, spacious 2 bedroom, well equipped kitchen and a living room with modern furniture but styled with traditional newari touch. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, and commutes are easy to find. This apartment is located in Satdobato, Lalitpur. Less than 2 kms away from Patan Durbar Square and 7 kms from Tribhuvan International Airport.
