Cozy Townhouse with Garden • 12 Min Walk to Beach

Casa Mirabel Laurel Our 300-year-old townhouse is one of the very first homes built in the village of Limodre. This property was lovingly brought back to life. Opening in 2026 after a partial renovation, it has been restored with sharp attention to detail. It is a very secluded and quiet place. We also have a beautiful garden where an old cherry tree and cherry plum trees grow, and from which you can catch a little glimpse of the ocean. Moreover, the beach is just a short 12-minute walk away.

La casa de Vicente está recién reformado, la mayor parte en piedra vista, forjado y techo de madera. Se encuentra muy bien ubicado, a 30metros del paseo marítimo. Está formado por una planta baja con salón/cocina bien equipados, con su correspondiente menaje y una primera planta con un espacio abierto y espacioso con una habitación con cama doble, un sofá cama y un amplio baño. Dos televisiones con Smart tv una de 42 pulgadas en el salón y otra de 32 en la habitación con wifi gratuito

Casa de lujo en planta baja a estrenar con piscina salada cubierta. En Teo a 5 minutos en coche de Santiago. Tanto la casa como todo el mobiliario es nuevo, a estrenar. Dispone de una amplia cocina con isla y zona de office para comer, 3 amplias habitaciones, 2 baños completos y un porche con vistas al valle además de una zona de lavandería independiente. Piscina cubierta, ducha exterior, zona de solárium y zona ajardinada. Tv en habitaciones. Destaca el lujo de materiales y acabados.

The house is ideal to accommodate groups of friends or families. Our home can allocate up to 12 people (including children) in 5 confortable bedrooms. It has 5 bathrooms, a luxury kitchen and an amazing terrace with the best views of the Ria de Ferrol. Its located at the front line of La Graña beach, a special Fishermans village. It is only 10 minutes away from Ferrol (city center) and it only takes between 10-20 min to get to all the special natural beaches and views around the area.
