Loft d'architecte sur la mer

Le loft de 70m2 est proche du port du Vallon des Auffes, de la plage des Catalans, à 10 minutes à pied du Vieux Port, directement sur le bord de mer, à proximité de restaurants réputés ou pittoresques. Original par son architecture contemporaine, traversant entre mer et jardin. Entrée privative coté mer, terrasse sur jardin, Parfois lieu d'exposition ou de création le loft est adapté aux we en amoureux ou en famille, aux séjours professionnels. Il est idéal comme lieu d'inspiration et de paix.

Superb Flat, 2min from the beach (Catalans, Pharo)

Luminous flat of 50m², in between the parc Pharo and the Catalans beach; equipped with a comfortable balcony and vegetation all around. You will appreciate the location being near all commodities and walking distance from the sea. Bus, supermarket, bakery and cultural places. Ideal to walk around, my apartment is 2 mins away from the beach (which you can see from the window) with a direct access to Corniche Kennedy. 10 mins away from the old harbour. Atmosphere suits couples and families.

APARTMENT "LOFT" 100M CATALANS BEACH

Hello, This flat of 75m² and 3 small terraces 2 steps from the Catalans beach will seduce you. It is located in a luxury building from 1962 at the very beginning of the famous Kennedy Corniche. Perched on the 11th floor, it has an unobstructed view of Notre Dame de la Garde, the roofs of Endoume, mountains in the distance and a small sea view. The bistros, restaurants, all shops and public transport are at the foot of the building. The old port and city center is a 10-minute walk away. Loïc

Corniche 2-room terrace class. 4* in a quiet house

Independent and renovated apartment, in a traditional Marseille house. Exceptional location in the city center: seaside, beach, restaurants, 5 min from the old port, motorway and shops. This apartment is classified 4* by the Ministry of the Tourism since 2025 (surface, location, equipment, condition). Nice volumes and beautiful light, sun in the morning on the terrace, quiet. Separate bedroom with new queen size bed. Free parking, bus 50m away, possibility of a private garage (20€/day)

T2 entre Vieux Port et la plage

Beau T2 avec balcon situé dans un quartier recherché au cœur de Marseille entre le vieux port et la plage des Catalans (Corniche). L'appartement est proche de toutes les commodités (restaurants, supermarchés, bar, boulangerie, pressing, traiteur marseillais,...). Mon logement est parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo, les familles avec un bébé. Très bonne connexion internet, pas de connexion Wi-Fi partagée + accès aux chaînes du bouquet freebox

Appartment 2 rooms and beautiful terrace next to the sea between Catalans' beach(range) and the Vallon des Auffes. 30m2 with terrace of 20m2, completely renovated and equipped. You will be seduced by the location, close to the sea, to the Vieux-Port, tourist places and conveniences; by the contemporary decoration and especially by the peace and beautiful exotic wooden terrace.

QUIET AND COSY APARTMENT ST VICTOR
