Super moment passé dans cette charmante petite maison pour nos qq jours de vacances parisiennes ! Marina a été hyper sympa en étant très arrangeante pour la gestion de nos valises ! Les enfants ont adoré leur séjour et nous aussi ! À refaire

We hebben met onze twee kinderen van 12 en 14 hier 5 nachten geslapen. Het was een prima plek om snel in Parijs te zijn. De kinderen hadden elk hun eigen slaapkamer wat heel fijn was. Melanie was een fijne host met altijd een snelle reactie en goede aanwijzingen. Wij bevelen haar huis van harte aan aan iedereen die een betaalbare plek zoekt om Parijs te bezoeken

The house was lovely! Our family had a wonderful time and felt right at home. It was a great space for the five of us for the week and a perfect location for getting around Paris - close to the metro and near great restaurants, boulangeries, and grocery stores. It was quiet, tucked away from the street and felt very safe. The hosts were always responsive and helpful. It was a memorable week and we hope to be back again soon!

Merci à Côme et Juliette pour l'excellent séjour passé en famille dans leur jolie maison de Vincennes. Tout était parfait. La propreté de la maison, son équipement, y compris un emplacement de stationnement dans un garage, la proximité de nombreux commerces et restaurants ainsi que des transports en commun. Tout était impeccable et conforme à la description. Une mention particulière pour l'excellente réactivité de Côme à nos demandes et pour les délicates attentions. Encore mille mercis. J'ai mentionné un bon rapport qualité/prix et non un très bon mais il faut tenir compte de la taille de la maison (4 chambres à coucher), de la période (JO Paris 2024) et surtout de la commission (exorbitante) d'Air BnB. C'est peut-être là le seul problème.

Very calm, cozy, and clean. Hosts are welcoming and always ready to help. Don’t get confused by the fact that it’s not technically in Paris – you can take the metro and buses 5 min away from the accommodation. Very well connected with central Paris and pretty much anything you want to do (including Disneyland).

Les instructions laissées par Flavie étaient très claires.Flavie a pu s'organiser pour nous mettre à disposition les clés dès 14h. L'appartement était propre. De nombreux équipements qui facilitent le séjour. L'appartement est à 15 min du RER. Je recommande cet appartement pou un séjour à Paris. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

This is our second time staying at Denis and Annegret's place, and we like it very much. There are nice touches--fresh fruit, water/juice, coffee, and fresh flowers. There is a grocery store just next door, and a lovely boulangerie just a few doors down, where my husband bought us croissants every morning. The apartment is also close to the wonderful Bon Marche department store and the Grand Epicerie de Paris. Denis and Annegret are very helpful in pointing out good things to see and recommending good places to eat. They will also make dinner reservations for their guests when asked, which is especially useful when restaurants require a phone call to book rather than online. (I speak some French, but not confidently.) We hope we have the opportunity to go back soon.

Very nice house. We slept well. Pedro is very friendly. Communication was easy. The location is perfect: quiet but very closer to Paris intra muros. A (paybale) public parking garage is nearby.

We had a great stay at Isabelle’s house, she was very friendly and proactive in her communication. She also very helpfully provided us with two high chairs and cots, thank you!!! The house is in a great location, it was very easy and quick to get into central Paris. There is a nice bakery nearby and a big Leclerc supermarket.

Un emplacement très pratique pour notre équipe qui était en déplacement sur Paris et ont vivement apprécié leur séjour à Puteaux, dans un quartier privé calme au cœur de Puteaux. Accès super facile aux liaisons de transport vers Paris ou plus loin dans la région. Notre hôte a été très serviable et réactif. Nous recommandons vivement sa maison.

Beau logement .Contact très facile avec Samir donne les renseignements nécessaires répond rapidement aux questions que nous posons .Proche dr stade de france .Seul bémol le stationnement un parking avec disque pas possible de stationner dans la rue ce matin nous avons eu des réflexions avec un résident

Nous avons été très heureux de pouvoir séjourner chez Manon. Les points forts : le calme, d'abord ! Pas un bruit la nuit, c'est très reposant, nous avons bien dormi. La maison est très agréable, vivante (car vraiment habitée) avec plein de livres, du mobilier très confortable et pratique, des équipements pour les enfants ; la déco est discrète et chaleureuse, mon mari a remarqué les cadres au mur, avec des oeuvres d'artistes locaux. Le tout pour un rapport qualité/prix très très correct. C'est en proche banlieue mais desservi par le métro donc facile d'accès, dans un quartier populaire (mais la rue est très tranquille). On s'est senti vraiment à l'aise.

Hôtes super réactif logement très agréable malgré qu il n y ai pas de tv beaucoup de lecture et de jouet montesouri pour enfant très propre lumineux parfait

We stayed 4 nights in this property with our 2 young kids , and the host had graciously offered to loan us some toys to keep our little ones occupied. Prior to our arrival, I had coordinated with the host to borrow a stroller, and upon our arrival, the items were already nicely laid out. Overall, easy check in process, and easy access to many food places - grocery store and at least 2 bakeries were within 5 min walk. about 20-30min to the tourist attractions, but metro is just 2 blocks away. Friendly host (they also gifted us a bottle of nice wine for us to enjoy).

Our second time staying at this property and it was every bit as lovely as the first time. The house has been stylishly refurbished with a clever layout that makes the space feel spacious. It’s perfectly located between the peacefulness of the Luxembourg gardens and the lively cafes and bars of St Germain. The bathroom is much more spacious than you find in many Parisian properties and the kitchen has everything you need to cook a proper meal. We’ll be back next year for a third stay!

Die Unterkunft ist sauber, ordentlich und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Es ist sehr ruhig dort und bei gutem Wetter ist es sehr schön im Garten. Dort sind bequeme Stühle und auch ein Sonnenschirm. Fabienne ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Sie war jederzeit rasch zu erreichen. Die Internetverbindung ist sehr gut und stabil. Wir haben uns dort vom ersten Tag an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betten sind sehr bequem (gute Matratzen), die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht (Wasserkocher, Nespressomaschine, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Backofen und Induktionsherd, im Garten sogar ein Elektrogrill, alles hochwerig und neu). Zur Metrostation nach Paris läuft man in 12 Minuten. Bäcker, Metzger und Einkäufsladen sind nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Es gibt in Cachan auch einige Restaurants in verschiedener Preislage zum Einkehren. Fabienne hilft dir bei Fragen jederzeit gerne weiter und ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin.

Unterkunft sieht genau wie auf den Fotos aus. Das Zentrum ist etwas entfernt, am besten mit Fahrdiensten erreichbar, Wartezeit ca. 5 Minuten. Alles sauber, Küche voll ausgestattet. Die Gastgeberin Biba ist sehr freundlich und sehr nett. Werde die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen!

We were amazed by our stay in Paris and Wil’s home definitely contributed to our pleasant experience! The home was very comfortable and clean. It is well decorated with French and Japanese art. The kitchen and downstairs are cozy and made us feel right at home. The bedrooms have clean linens and comfortable beds, plenty of pillows. Also well lit throughout and plenty of dimmable lighting and spacious. We will definitely be back to Paris and hopefully can stay at Wil’s place again. For local, walkable restaurant recommendations, we found our favorite to be “Heritage” the best pizza I have had in my life was there. Also “Luna Rossa” was delicious Italian food and the service at both restaurants was great. There is also a nice grocery store walking distance, “Fran Prix” I believe, so we were able to get groceries as well.

Super séjour chez Elise. le logement correspond en tous points à l'annonce et les photos. Propriétaire reactif et toujours de bons conseils. maison chaleureuse bien aménagée, avec petit jardin. Un grand merci, nous avons passé un très bon moment.

L'équipe DML-LMP un staff au top, de la réservation à l'accueil pour la remise des clés. Thibaud nous a très très bien reçu, flexible et à l'écoute car nous avons été surpris par les bouchons. La maison à rempli toutes nos attentes, spacieuse, chaleureuse, conviviale avec une grande table de réception. La véranda à ravi les enfants et les parents avec son baby-foot, donc les téléphones, écrans au placard un vrai moment de partage et de convivialité. La cuisine est dotée d'équipements de qualité, aussi bien d'ustensiles et d'appareils électroménagers. Le séjour très agréable avec son canapé spacieux. Les chambres cosy et avec une literie de qualité et très propres. Les lieux sont totalement conformes aux photos du site. Toute la famille était ravie et nous vous la recommandons. Perfect place for one’s stay in Paris! Laurence is a super friendly and helpful host who also offered us a flexible leaving time as the place would be vacant the following day. Very kind and helpful as our train would only leave in the evening. The house is perfectly located, only a three minute walk from Gentilly station, which is directly linked to Gare du Nord by line B of the RER. Easy access to the city’s iconic places like Notre Dame, Louvre etc. We would highly recommend this place as it is cheaper than staying in the city centre (hotel prices were absurd there!). The house has got everything you need, including 2 separate rooms with comfortable, big beds, a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet (convenient if you travel with several people), a spacious living room / kitchen area with a fully equipped kitchen. We would book this lovely place again next time, merci beaucoup, Laurence!

Hôte très accueillant et réactif

Arrivés chez Isabelle, pas de mauvaises surprises. La décoration et les aménagements sont, selon nos goûts, très raffinés . Suite à des échanges, Isabelle a même rajouté un couchage confortable afin de nous accueillir dans des conditions encore meilleures. La vue sur le jardin est très agréable. Pour ceux qui viennent en voiture, stationnement très facile devant. L'accès à la gare est facile et très prêt. Foncez y, mais pas trop souvent, qu'il nous reste des dates de dispo !
